The present terms of transaction cover any transaction (sale of products and their shipment) between the user and the company with the name "Compulan" and the distinctive title "cld.gr" [hereinafter the "Company"], through the website (site) www.cld.gr [hereinafter "www.cld.gr"]. Acceptance of these terms and conditions shall constitute a written agreement.
www.cld.gr considers that the persons who deal with the site are capable of legal transactions and the submission of an order is a valid declaration of will. Each submission of an online order form constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES
The Company does not guarantee products that it does not manufacture itself, and in general products of which it is only the reseller. For these products you receive guarantees directly from their suppliers/manufacturers, and the Company bears no responsibility for their suitability. The Company does not provide any kind of warranty of suitability for the products offered for a certain purpose. The responsibility for the product you choose for a certain purpose is entirely yours.
PLACE OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The place of the contract is considered to be Karditsa , where the Company's registered office is located.
TIME OF PERFORMANCE OF THE BENEFIT
After completing the order, the consumer (user) receives a receipt of the order at the email address he has stated during the order. The products are delivered to a courier service within a short period of time after the order is placed. Any corrections to the order can be made within three (3) hours from the submission of the order.
If the products ordered by the user are not delivered through the fault of the Company within thirty (30) days from the acceptance of the order, the user is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
PRICE AND DURATION OF THE OFFER
As the transactions take place in real time, the binding price is the price at which the buyer placed the order. This price is valid for as long as it is displayed on the website www.cld.gr. Subsequent repricing does not take over pending orders. In the event of a valid correction of the order on the part of the user, the binding price is the one valid at the time of correction and not at the time of the original submission of the order.
RIGHTS OF TERMINATION AND WITHDRAWAL
The provisions of the Civil Code and consumer legislation apply to the rights of termination and withdrawal from the contract. In the event of termination and/or withdrawal from the sale, you must inform us in writing at info@cld.gr or by calling 2441181000.
HIGH VIOLENCE
The Company shall not be liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to the fault of the Company or its associates or due to force majeure and shall be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Indicatively and not restrictively such cases are: strikes, floods, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or any situation which is not dependent on the Company, such as problems and delays of the suppliers themselves in the delivery of their products.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by Greek Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Karditsa. Especially for disputes that are subject to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court (due to the amount), the Magistrate's Court of Karditsa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
