Place your order by 15:00 pm. Monday to Friday, and Compuland will ship your order the next working day in the cities:

In the capitals of the prefectures of Crete (Heraklion, Chania, Lassithi and Rethymnon)
-For the areas of Crete in order to be delivered the next working day the order must be registered by 13:30pm.

- within 2 - 3 working days in the Capitals of the Prefectures of Mainland Greece and

- within 3 - 5 working days in remote areas and islands, if the products you have ordered are available.

In case you want to receive your order faster, we can send it to you by courier at an extra charge. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect delivery times.

In case you wish to pick up the product at a specific time, due to a special need, please call the Customer Service Department 2441181000. However, we must inform you that it is difficult to arrange a specific time because the delivery depends on the number of products ordered, the different delivery areas and the route of each truck.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

- The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier
In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of domestic and international suppliers. However, there are occasions when an order may get "stuck" in customs or in transit, so we may not have it in our warehouses when we expect it. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without this product.
We will send you this item immediately after receiving it in our warehouses

- The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available
Among the 18,000 products we display in our online store, there are rare cases where the supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinuing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.

- In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order

- In case it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your details that you have registered in the member area are not correctly updated.

A PRODUCT IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
If any product is missing from your order please call us at 2441181000 and we will find a solution for you immediately.

- If the mistake is ours, we take immediate responsibility and will send you the item as soon as possible at no charge.
- If it is a product that is not currently available in our warehouses, we will let you know when we expect it and whether there will be a possible charge for transport.

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement

a) in all cases in which, through proven fault of Compuland, incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in pricing, in shipping, damaged in transit, with poor packaging, etc.) and
b) in all cases in which there has been a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by PLAISIO COMPUTERS. This provision does not apply to products covered by third party warranties such as from the manufacturer of the product or its representative.

In all these cases, the customer has the option either to refuse to accept the receipt of the product from the beginning or, once received, to return the product within 20 days from the day of delivery.

In any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product (in accordance with IMEI) and in perfect condition. If not returned within 20 days then Box Computers may refuse to accept any return and replacement. In any event and for all of the above cases, the maximum time period for return for replacement may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced/repaired must necessarily be accompanied by all documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DOT, Retail Receipt, etc.). Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with Compuland's Online Store.

In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

- contact the Online Shop on the same day or the next working day
- the product has not been used
- the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retailer's receipt, etc.)

Specifically:

- In case an item you received is defective, you can bring/send the product to a Compuland store, where you will be charged the cost of transport. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately free of charge.
- In case we send you the wrong item, we send you the right one and we will cover all shipping costs, old and new.
- In case it doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 20 days (with full packaging), bearing the cost of transport to a Compuland store.
